Frame; modified at rear, braced and de-lugged. Powder coated crackle finish black by Triple S.
Engine; standard ZRX with 4degree advancer and manual cam chain tensioner. Outer cases powder coated crackle finish to match frame. Deleted cam breather. Mikuni Yoshimura MJN carbs with Yoshimura throttle cable and quick action throttle. Full titanium exhaust by Racefit. Modified crankcase breather to catch tank. One off lightweight front sprocket cover with clutch slave mount.
Chassis; 2013 Yamaha forks, rebuilt and resprung by Brook suspension to suit ZRX.
ZRX/ Yamaha headstock with new bearings. Galespeed 3.5x17 front wheel with 320mm Braking brake discs, linked to Braking radial MC with folding/ fully adjustable lever. Fully rebuilt Yamaha gold spot radial calipers. Matching radial clutch MC and lever. HEL brake lines throughout.
New swing arm bearings. Nitron shocks built to suit 75kg rider. Galespeed 6x17 rear wheel with lightweight sprocket. New chain and front sprocket. Braking rear disc with one off radial mounted Yamaha gold spot caliper.
Other bits; Modified ZRX front mudguard to suit R6 forks. Koso multi function dash/ clock in one off carbon surround. Carbon front number board with Kit Car headlight with road legal dip/ full beam. Domino switchgear. Seat shortened and recovered by Lucky7 motorcycles. High quality rear sets. Lightweight battery in one off carrier under seat. One off tail unit in fibreglass with aluminium under tray. High quality aluminium mini indicators. Professionally painted in satin black with silver/red stripes to match Kawasaki's early 80's colours
